  • 150 g.
  • Nevada Sugar
  • 200 g.
  • Butter
  • 55 g.
  • Egg yolks
  • 50 g.
  • Conyac
  • c/s
  • Vanilla
  • c/s
  • Grated lemon
  • 200 g.
  • Flour W200
  • 300 g.
  • Corn starch (Almíz)
  • 8 g.
  • Impulsor Norte


Cream the butter with the Nevada Sugar. Continue adding the egg little by little until it is incorporated into the dough. Add lemon, conyac and vanilla. Add the flour, starch and Norte Impulsor (baking powder) slowly. Stretch and cut. All the ingredients at room temperature. OVEN: 180ºC TIME: 30 min.

Montaje y acabado

    1.Rellenar los alfajores con Les Cremes Dulce de Leche.

    2.Decorar al gusto.
