Apple Roses

Ingredients

  • 950g.
  • Flour W300
  • 500g.
  • Water
  • 25g.
  • Salt
  • 100g.
  • Butter
  • 800g.
  • Butter

Elaboration

Make a smooth and extensible dough with flour, water, salt and butter (100g.) and left it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator so that it loses toughness. Use the 800g. of butter to give 3 single folds and one double.

Elaboration

Cut puff pastry strips, put a layer of Moorea Apple and apple slices on top. Roll it up and put it in a silicone mold. Oven temperature: 180ºC

    1.Once baked and cold, paint with Norjel 54 or Norjel 60.
