Brownie

Ingredients

  • 1000 g.
  • Mix brownie
  • 280 g.
  • Oil
  • 140 g.
  • Eggs
  • 230 g.
  • Water
  • 70 g.
  • Nuts

Elaboration

Flat whipper. Mix together all ingredients at full speed, at room temperature. Add pecans at the end. Put in the mould previously spreaded with separating agent.

Mix Chantilly

Ingredients

  • 250 g.
  • Whip Cream
  • 500 g.
  • Water
  • 270 g.
  • Nooki Amargo

Elaboration

Mixer with glove. Mix the Mix Chantilly with water for 3-5 minutes at full speed. Add Nooki Amargo at the end.

Montaje y acabado

    1.Desmoldar el Brownie, cortar y decorar con el Mix Chantilly y el Chocoperlé.
