Breton dought

Ingredients

  • 125 g.
  • Nevada Sugar
  • 125 g.
  • Butter
  • 50 g.
  • Whole egg
  • 76 g.
  • Egg yolks
  • 270 g.
  • Flour W200
  • 4 g.
  • Baking powder
  • c/s
  • Vanilla

Elaboration

Cream the butter with sugar. Little by little, add eggs to combine them with the dough. Add flour whit baking power and vanilla. All ingredients at room temperature.

Gelified lemon

Ingredients

  • 500 g.
  • Les Cremes Lemon
  • 100 g.
  • Milk
  • 11 g.
  • Gelatine leaves

Elaboration

Mixer and warm L.C.Lemon with the milk. Add the hydrated gelatine. Whip water with Meringue.

Meringue

Ingredients

  • 350 g.
  • Meringue
  • 110 g.
  • Agua

Elaboration

Whip water with Meringue.

Montaje y acabado

    1.Fill the baking mold with Breton Dough and bake in the oven.

    2.Oven temperature: 180ºC Baking time: 20+20 min.

    3.Once cold, finish the tartlets with gelified lemon and cool. Put the meringue and lightly toast it.
