Ingredients

  • 350 g.
  • Meringue
  • 110 g.
  • Water
  • 125 g.
  • Nevada Sugar
  • 125 g.
  • Almond flour

Elaboration

Mixer with globe. Once the Mix Merengue has been whipped, add Nevada sugar and almond flour gently. Oven temperature: 140-150ºC

Assembly and finishing

    1.Fill with the chosen cream and decorate as desired.

Temperatures and baking time are tentative.
