Ingredients

  • 1000g.
  • Cream 35-38 % M.G.
  • 1000g.
  • Milk
  • 40g.
  • Gelatin leaves
  • 450g.
  • Nooki Dark

Elaboration

Boil cream with milk. Add hydrated gelatine leaves and remove. Add Nooki Amargo and fill moulds.

PANNACOTA DULCE DE LECHE

Ingredients

  • 1000g.
  • Cream 35-38 % M.G.
  • 1000g.
  • Milk
  • 40g.
  • Gelatin leaves
  • 450g.
  • Les Cremes Dulce de Leche

Elaboration

Boil cream with milk. Add hydrated gelatine leaves and remove. Add Les Cremes Dulce de Leche and fill moulds.

PANNACOTA SACHER BLANCA

Ingredients

  • 1000g.
  • Cream 35-38 % M.G.
  • 1000g.
  • Milk
  • 40g.
  • Gelatin leaves
  • 450g.
  • Les Cremes Dulce de Leche

Elaboration

Boil cream with milk. Add hydrated gelatine leaves and remove. Add Sacher Blanca and fill moulds.

Assembly and Finishing

    1.Fill the silicone moulds with pannacota and freeze.

    2.Unmold and decorate as disired.
